Fruits

We are pleased to offer you fruit, both traditional and unusual! All our fruit is from organic plants and we use only organic fertilizer and pest control measures.

Fruit Trees

Our first orchard was planted in the early 1980s and consisted of only apple and pear trees.

In 2025 we pruned the eight original trees that we could save. Then we planted 21 new trees and we are excited for them to bear fruit in a few years.

2025 additions:

10 apple trees

1 pear

2 Asian pear

2 cherry

2 plum

2 plucots

2 apricot

Apple Harvest

Berries

We are growing strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Though it will take awhile before we have enough to share.

Nuts

Currently, we have walnut trees. They are 40 years old and still going strong!

In 2026 we plan to add additional nut varieties.

Pawpaws?

Have you ever tried

a pawpaw?

People say that pawpaws are a "creamy, tropical blend of banana and mango. Some people even liken it to a custard-like texture, with hints of vanilla and a subtle, almost floral aftertaste."They are native to this area but are not common these days.

Paw paws are one of the fruits we are planning to add.
